Among the comments, was the following, from a collector who travelled
101 miles from the North West to WORPEX:
"I thought WORPEX 2005 was pretty impressive. I certainly have
put it in my diary for next year.
There was a diversity of dealers and plenty of room to circulate
and sit at stands - all very different from some of the London venues.
Although I didn't pick up a great deal for my own collection, I did
get to talk to dealers I had traded with on the internet and also
make some useful contacts.
Unfortunately I didn't give myself enough time to look at all the
displays but did like 'Dragons'
- a good 'centre piece' in the right place. All in all it was a good
show.
The road signs, confirming the directions and map facility able to
be printed from the Worcester Society's website www.worpex.com
were most helpful adding to the professionalism, and were much appreciated."
